What to Expect:

Capture beautiful photographs in the most iconic spots of New York City. Our favorite routes are Dumbo, Central Park, Time Square and the Lower East Side/Soho. You can also create a custom route.

Meeting Point (at a location on route selected), Start Time (confirm with photographer start time and meet 10 minutes for shoot to discuss shoot goals), End Point (shoot ends at end of route chosen).

Confirmation will be received at the time of booking.

Number of people for this product is maximum 6 people. If more people show up to your shoot than you originally indicated at the time of booking, extra people above the limit will be charged at $50 per person. The package length and photo quantities will remain as originally booked.

Must be 18 years of age to book session.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel for any reason, please email or call us right away and we will refund 90% of your booking fee as long as you provide us no less than 10 day’s notice prior to your scheduled shoot date. Within 10 days, once the shoot date and time are confirmed (Shoot Route) you may cancel up to 7 days in advance of the date and time of the reservation for a 50% refund. We will retain the 50% balance for processing and handling fees. If the Shoot Route has NOT been confirmed within this time frame, you may cancel for a 90% refund. Within 7 days of the shoot date and time, all sales are final and there is no refund for cancelled shoots.Cut- Off times are based on the experience’s local time (New York City - Eastern Time).

Yikes We Are Running Late:

Please text, what’s app or email your photographer if you are delayed. Keep in mind your photographer may have another shoot booked right after and its unlikely your shoot can be extended (it can be possible, make sure to ask!). We always suggest arriving 10 minutes prior to your shoot time. You don’t want to feel rushed and have stress for a shoot that will be fun and memorable for You(‘s). Traffic and Train Delays in New York City can be very unpredictable. Should you wish to add more time to your session and the photographer is available to do so, add on time is charged at a rate of $100 per 30 minutes. If you arrive late for your session, anytime that has passed from your original start time will be lost, and you may shoot for the remainder of the time you have booked. The number of photos delivered may be adjusted to reflect the actual time shooting together. Should you want your photographer to wait for you to arrive beyond the time your session was set to finish, extra time will be charged at a rate of $50 USD per 15 minutes, on top of any fee for an extension of the shoot (add-on shoot time is charged at $100 USD per 30 minutes.

Photos:

We will send you an email link to your photos within 5 business days. There will also be a link in the email to leave feedback and tell us about your experience. We include a high resolution download link for you to print your photos in JPEG format. Please note that in order to protect the work of our photographers, under no circumstances are we able to provide RAW format files. Also note that a small fee may apply for extra-special photo size requirements. You have the rights to use the photos for personal use (not commercial). Please enjoy the photos as you wish. We would love to showcase your photos in our portfolio, but if you are shy and would prefer to keep them private, just let us know and we will never post anything publicly. Your photographer retains the copyright of all the images. Whats included in images is the best of the best from your chosen Pic Me NYC package shoot. If you have a “must have” shot, we would be more than happy to prioritize those shots so that they end up in your final gallery.
